The Bambisanani Partnership is a unique collaboration developed by St. Mary’s Catholic High School, Menston in the UK, and Mnyakanya High School in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa.
Bambisanani is the
Zulu word for “working hand in hand” and aptly encapsulates the partnership between the two schools.
With the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and the 2012 Olympic Games in London, the Bambisanani Partnership has used sport as a major catalyst to develop international understanding, education, health and leadership. The initiative, which began in 2006, has gained both national and international acclaim.
