Congratulations to all of our students who have been so successful in the Bebras Computational thinking challenge and the Cyber First Girsl comptetion.
Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge 2023
The Bebras Computing Challenge introduces computational thinking to students.
It is organized in over 60 countries and designed to get students all over the world excited about computing.
Last November over 365,000 students took part in the UK, and over 3 million worldwide.
Each participant answer questions that focus on computational and logical thinking.
Cyber First Girls competition
Run by the National Cyber Security Centre the CyberFirst Girls Competition aims to inspire girls interested in technology to pursue a career in cyber security.
St Mary's had 19 pupils take part in this competition and were recognised in a special event with Miss Hattersley this week.
Congratulations to all the pupils in this event and to Mr Ashraf for organising it. These results will make an excellent contribution to the Baccalaureate for these pupils.
