Pi Day

To celebrate Pi Day on Friday 14 March 2025, students in KS3 maths took part in a Pi landscape art, a Pi themed relay race, Pi Day bracelet making and a digits of Pi competition. In KS4 students were attempting some challenging maths problems with a pi day mosaic and in KS5 students were attempting the NASA Pi Day Challenge (The NASA Pi Day Challenge – Math Project | NASA JPL Education).  Also, on Monday 17 March 2025, we held a Pi Day Bake Sale and raised over £230 for CAFOD. Thank you to students who contributed a bake for the sale. Mrs Whiteley said she was really impressed with the wonderful designs and will announce all winners later this week.
