Young Apprentice Challenge
It has been another successful year for the Ss Peter & Paul Young Apprentice Challenge. Mr Power, Headteacher at Ss Peter & Paul Primary School, said the pupils really enjoyed the process and presented brilliantly in their Young Apprentice Boardroom.
The children have raised a collective profit (after paying back their initial loan) of over £3,000. This will now be split between their class charity, a local community project of their choice, a gift to the school and a treat trip for Year 6 (also of their choice).
In keeping with previous years, the 2024 winner of the Young Apprentice Challenge was invited back to be a Special Guest Advisor, we were delighted that Olivia Silcock in Year 7 was able to take part on the day. Mr Power has said “Olivia was a fantastic advisor and used her experience from last year to make insightful and encouraging comments. It was a pleasure to see her back at Ss Peter & Paul, and we are very grateful to St Mary’s for facilitating this - great partnership work” Well done Olivia and well done to Year 6 for your brilliant work.
