Statutory Information and Policies

St Mary's Menston, a Catholic Voluntary Academy has many clearly set out policies covering all aspects of our learning community.
 
These policies help to establish a safe and effective environment, conducive to quality care and high achievement. Below you will find a list of school policies. Each policy shows the date it was approved by our Academy Council and when it will next be reviewed. We regularly review all of our policies to ensure they are up to date and in line with current practices and legislation.

 

In 2020 we reviewed our school Mission Statement therefore some of the policies listed below may refer to our previous statement which, although still very much part of our day-to-day school life, will be replaced with the new Mission Statement as and when the policy is due for renewal.
